ABOUT US

Many Hands, established in 2020, emerged from pandemic-inspired park training in Bristol and evolved into a Resident Company with The Invisible Circus. Blending acrobatics and movement with theatrical elements, we debuted performances through online cabarets.
In 2021, with Arts Council England support, we produced Light Work, staging it six times across three venues. This project defined our creative identity, introducing live music as a core element of our storytelling. Following a warm audience response, Light Work continued to tour, including a performance at Shambala Festival in 2022.
With further support from Arts Council England, Light Work toured in 2023 with ten performances across eight locations, alongside circus skills workshops. Obscure Desires premiered to public acclaim, laying the foundation for our most ambitious production to date.

In 2025, Obscure Desires toured with ten performances, bringing together a cast of nine artists in an immersive fusion of theatre, acrobatics, and live music. The production marked a major milestone for Many Hands, creating powerful and unforgettable experiences for audiences across the tour.

KATARZYNA HART

Katarzyna Hart is a Bristol-based performer originally from Poland. Specializing in hand-balancing, hand-to-hand, and group acrobatics, Katarzyna began her acrobatic gymnastics training in 1998. Over eleven years of competition, she secured podium positions both in Poland and internationally. In 2009, she pursued her passion for acting, working in various Polish theatres as an actress, dancer, and acrobat. By 2013, she had joined the circus group Flycube, performing in gala shows and events across Europe.

In 2016, after moving to London and taking a brief hiatus from performing, Katarzyna's longing for the stage and circus community led her to Bristol, where she embarked on a one-year course at Circomedia. Post-graduation, she collaborated with notable groups such as Invisible Circus, Impact Artists, Grounded Circus, Tumbellina International, and Organized Kaos. Before the pandemic, she was engaged by MotionHouse and NoFit State as an acrobat in their show, BLOCK.

Since 2022, Katarzyna has been working with Pirates of the Carabina on their show Treasure Island. Alongside four other acrobats who share her values, she co-founded Many Hands, where she now serves as director and producer. She is committed to establishing the company's international reputation, fostering a family-like environment where every member feels valued, heard, and cared for.
